Wow, the food at Carnaval is delicious as well as beautiful. This is a picture of a very typical dessert called "flan". Last year Steve and I were stuck on "churros", long donut type yummies, and boy were those good! This year we have it in our heads to try the "camotes" which are yams with a brown sugar syrup. We will keep you all posted on that!
